Community Child Care Center has a variety of volunteer opportunities available for individuals, groups or corporate teams.
Our volunteers often use their talents to assist in project-based work at the Center. Examples of volunteer projects include:
- Building maintenance
- Skilled trades
- Gardening
- Landscaping
- Lawn care
- Lunch helper
- Fundraising and special events
- Woodworking
- Sewing
- Children’s program
Committees
The Community Child Care Center has several committees that assist the board of directors in the decision-making process in the following focus areas: Marketing, Fundraising and Governance. Most committees meet every other month for approximately one hour. Committee members typically volunteer three hours per month on focus area strategy development and tactical project implementation.
